Don has resided in Williamson County for a quarter of a century. He is currently married to his sweetheart Janie, and the two have three children and three grandchildren together. With the compassion he has for his own family, Don’s philosophy is driven by his desire to secure the benefits his clients deserve and help them prepare their families for generations to come. He also believes that each person deserves the quality of service and advice he’d want his own family to receive, giving him purpose and reason to always do right by his clients.
Don Garrett received his estate planning designation through the Apts Institute for Estate Preservation, and he currently holds his insurance license in Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Kentucky, Missouri, Georgia and Indiana. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Nashville, and his dedication to his community is a decades-long promise that started at the very early stages of his life. In addition to lending his time to local organizations, he now donates to his favorite charities that support causes he fervently believes in such as St. Jude, Tunnel to Towers, Nashville Rescue Mission and Shriners Children’s.
Don spends his spare time with his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren. He is a dedicated husband and father who places relationships above all, and he values quality time that gives him a chance to further the relationships with the people he holds closest to his heart. He also enjoys being outdoors, hiking, boating, camping, songwriting and singing his songs to his family.
